Coco Fashion!

So lately I have been eye stalking this fashion website I came across.. Usually whenever I look at  an online store I stalk it for a couple of hours then I won't look at it again..ever..but this one keeps me coming back for more..It's called Coco Fashion  and I absolutely LOVE it!

Coco Fashion is an online store dedicated to bringing buyers the best Asian fashion has to offer.  I'm usually not a follower of particular trends..If I see something I like I go for it or for something like it and if other people appreciate it then I feel even more happy with my choice.

They have actually just recently updated the site and it looks more sophisticated than before and they are now carrying a small selection of menswear and I'm so excited about that! Now I can dress my husband or a new boyfriend who likes to dress up lol (shhh don't tell my husband haha)

Since I've recently become a mom this year I've been trying to be a little more laid back (lies all LIES!!) and comfy (for my husband's sake...). I find it so hard to stay in just that category tho.  I would like to dress fun but I rarely do fun things that just involve me and my friends anymore...It just doesn't feel practical to dress up so much in a casual environment or maybe I'm just being weird..idk...I want to be casual but still have a bold appeal if you get my drift.

Silicone Mix and Creme of Nature w/ Argan Oil

Ok so this a rundown of how I used these products and how my hair looked afterwards




Recently I've been hearing good things about this Silicone Mix stuff so I decided to try

I also decided to buy some wrap set lotion from Creme of Nature w/ Argan Oil because I just needed some....

My sink is hella cluttered..

So this is how my hair looked before

kinda flat from a days work lol

I wanted to start off with clean hair so I washed mine

I have a relaxer so this is what it looks like after washing

The product itself is kinda runny so be careful..

I then parted my hair in sections to easily comb the product thru my hair

with product on hair

I let it sit for about 15-20 min then washed it out (sorry no pics..didn't really see a difference afterwards anyway)

I then proceeded to add some of the wrap set lotion and blowdry my hair

i have to tape it to stay on lol

after blowout

After that I flat ironed my hair (not very well tho lol still getting the hang of this haha)

 That night I wrapped my hair and this is how it looked today (with some minor adjustments with a flat iron)

As far as the feel, its nice but not too much different than before I used the product other than the fact that my hair has more volume but that usually happens when I wash and style my hair..

Note: the Silicone Mix is very strong smelling (strong perfume) and my hair still had the scent the next day, but the Argan Oil foam wrap smells great

Overall I think maybe it would have worked better if my hair was natural versus relaxed...

My New Wig!

  Just received my new wig from Ebay.  It took about 2 weeks to get to me coming from China. It was advertised as a Clair Beauty Wig I don't think it was.

Doesn't look like what i thought a Clair Beauty tag would look like..

Despite it being not what I thought it was, i still found things I liked about it. After all brand isn't everything.

Doesn't look half bad really

It was very shiny but the color was nice. I think it is along the lines of a 4/30 mix and a kind of ombre color style (light towards the bottom) or maybe it was just an illusion caused by the lighting. It shed quite a lot the first time i wore it and brushed it (hope its a good brush I'm using).

It's a really nice length, but I hated going outside with it because hair got everywhere and it annoys the hell outta me..Maybe i should use some product to keep it from getting like that.

Test run at Korean Fest!

All in all the wig was nice and I liked it. After all it was only $20 so you can't go wrong lol.  I don't have much experience with wigs despite working in a Beauty  Supply store in the past.
